They are also used in various Middle Eastern and North African dishes, such as date cakes, desserts, and traditional sweets.
When purchasing Khalas dates, it is important to choose ones that are plump, moist, and have a glossy appearance. They should be free from mold or any signs of spoilage. Proper storage in a cool, dry place will help maintain their quality and extend their shelf life.
Whether you savor them on their own or incorporate them into recipes, Khalas dates are a delicious and nutritious choice. Their unique flavor and texture make them a sought-after variety among date enthusiasts around the world.
