Stuffed dates with goat cheese and walnuts

100-150 grams of goat cheese
50 grams of walnuts
Preperation
- Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cut each date lengthwise, but make sure not to cut all the way through.
- Take a small amount of soft goat cheese and fill each date with a bit of goat cheese. You can use a teaspoon or a piping bag to make this easier.
- Press a chopped walnut into the goat cheese filling of each date. This adds a delicious crunch.
- If you want to add extra flavor, you can drizzle a drop of Tomoor date sweetener over each date.
- Optional: add a pinch of salt over the dates for a nice contrast to the sweet dates and goat cheese.
- Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the dates are warm and the goat cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove the stuffed dates from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
