70g pecans
70g almonds
80g sunflower seeds
75g flaxseeds
60g pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
5 tablespoons Tomoor date sweetener
4 tablespoons coconut oil
6 tablespoons almond paste or tahini
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
instructions
- Grind the almonds and pecans in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Add them to a bowl with the sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, dates, and salt.
- In a saucepan, on a low heat, combine the liquid date syrup, almond paste or tahini and coconut oil, cook for 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Add it to the bowl with the dried ingredients.
- Spread the mixture and press it well.
- Place in the refrigerator to stiffen. About 1 hour.
- Cut into 9 equal pieces
